We only collect information you give us directly. When you submit the contact form, we receive:

We do not run advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across sites. We do not collect data from visitors who do not submit the contact form.

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry and scope potential engagements. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with third parties outside of what is required to operate this site.

This site uses the following third-party services:
Handles contact form submissions. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our inbox. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
Hosts this website. Cloudflare may log basic request metadata (IP address, browser type) at the network level as part of normal infrastructure operation. Red Cell Group does not have access to this data.
We use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are viewed. It does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sessions or sites.
// 05 — COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE
This site does not use tracking cookies. The only data stored in your browser is a single theme preference (rcg-theme), saved in localStorage when you toggle between dark and light mode. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
// 06 — DATA RETENTION
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or fulfill an engagement. We do not maintain long-term databases of prospect or client contact information beyond what is necessary for active work.
// 07 — YOUR RIGHTS
You can request that we delete any information you have submitted to us. Email contact@redcellgroup.net with your request and we will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
// 08 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change how we handle your data in any meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively apply new practices to previously submitted information.
